The real estate market receives a new campaign, although this time the target public is not an individual nor the assets for sale are homes. It is an offer aimed at small business owners looking for a physical space to start or expand their business.

Altamira, the real estate company of Apollo and Banco Santander, has brought to the market 419 premises, warehouses and offices, assets that are from Sareb and are spread over 31 provinces. Despite being located in half Spain, most are located on the Mediterranean coast: Barcelona, Baleares and Murcia are the areas that add more real estate, followed by Andalucía.

Specifically, the offer includes 301 premises, 56 warehouses and 62 offices available from 13,600€. However, depending on the location, type of asset and the area of the asset, the price may exceed 950,000€.
