Sabadell has decided to join the rebound of the brick with the creation of its own promoter. Specifically, the entity will separate from its real estate “servicer” Solvia housing development to encompass a new society.
Named Solvia Desarrollos Inmobiliarios, it will start operating in 2018, depends on the bank, plans to invest investment funds in its capital and develops new works in the land that its parent company has.
The project has already been approved by the bank, which already knows how many resources will be born: about € 600 million in land, a bit over fifty workers from Solvia and Francisco Pérez former CEO of the Catalan promoter Vertix, as the first sword.
Currently, Solvia is involved in the promotion of 4000 homes. Another detail that has been known is that the headquarters of Solvia Desarrollos Inmobiliarios will be located in Madrid.
