The developer’s debut is expected to take place early next year.
The president of Vía Célere, Juan Antonio Gómez-Pintado, said Wednesday that the company plans to debut on the Spanish stock market with a value of more than 1,000 million euros.
In a few days of the sector, Gómez-Pintado explained that the eventual listing of your company will exceed those figures, since otherwise it would be a small operation that would not arouse the appetite of international investors.
In a recent interview with Efe Dow Jones, Gómez-Pintado said that the developer’s stock market debut responds to the desire to raise additional funds for the company’s continuity and the purchase of floors. The group, created in 2007, plans to run 1,789 homes this year and 2,139 more in 2018.
