Among our clients, there are fund managers, financial entities, companies and private capital that highly value the experience with Grupo Landmark as large portfolio managers.
In order to do this, Grupo Landmark has developed a work methodology where in conjunction with the owner, an inventory and classification of the portfolio is developed: allowing for the establishment of a business strategy for each parcel, taking into consideration the level of urban development, its commercial interest, share participation, location, type of product, market, and the legal and planning situation of the land.
