OUR DEVELOPMENT MODEL
By dividing the project into stages for control (planning, monitoring and delivery) we are able to adapt our services to our clients’ needs and the payback status of every stage of the project.
In the Planning Stage, the objectives are defined and the necessary resources are assigned through the delivery of the finished product: focusing on the control of the investment, reducing the commercial risk and opting for high quality and sustainability of the finished product.
COST PLANNING
Enumerates and quantifies the expenses incurred in the execution of the promotion as well as the detail of the expected expenses, including the bank financing requirements.
MANAGEMENT PLAN
Programming of the dates foreseen for the beginning and end of each of the development stages and the work that is necessary. The project profitability objectives are established and the critical points of the development are identified.
MARKETING PLAN
Forecast of the sales evolution, sales channels and media plan. Definition of the functional program including a SWOT analysis, and definition of the pre-sale and sales objectives. Includes a log of commercial quality (MC) and a Virtual Project Plan (VPP).
International Certifications

PROJECT DIRECTION
Using a Project Director, Grupo Landmark supervises and centralizes all of the building development maintaining fluid communication with the investor or partner, thereby allowing them to participate in the decision-making process and the evolution of their investment.
